Toovem sets minimum order quantities by product category. Standard commercial dehumidifiers and air purifiers may start at around 10 units, while custom models or special specifications require higher MOQs. Please state your requirements when requesting a quote so we can confirm the MOQ for the specific products.

We offer tiered wholesale pricing. Discounts increase with the quantity ordered, whether by single model or the total order. Once you submit your purchase list, our sales team will send a formal quotation based on quantity, model and delivery requirements.

Standard lead times are typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the model, stock levels and whether customization is needed. If you have urgent requirements, please discuss them with your account manager; we can shorten the lead time by shipping from multiple warehouses or arranging rush production. 

With multi‑warehouse support, Toovem can arrange full‑container ocean freight, less‑than‑container loads, air freight or domestic truck delivery depending on order size and destination. Bulk orders are usually palletized or containerized; we can also split shipments to multiple addresses. If you require CIF, FOB or other incoterms, please note this before ordering.

For orders above a certain quantity, we offer OEM/ODM services, allowing you to customize colour, logos, packaging and even functional configurations. The specific requirements and minimum quantities vary by product. Our commercial team will evaluate feasibility and any additional costs.

All machines come with official warranty coverage. Bulk purchasers can register serial numbers in a consolidated list for easy tracking. If items are damaged in transit or have quality issues, contact customer service promptly; we provide 24/7 professional support and can arrange returns, replacements or repairs. Business customers can also apply to become authorized service providers for local after‑sales support.

We accept bank transfers, credit cards and third‑party payments. Long‑term partners may apply for credit terms or installment plans. New customers usually pay a deposit or the full amount in advance. Specific payment conditions will be defined in the contract.
